Vocable Communications was built on a simple but powerful idea: communication coaching should be based on rigorous academic research, not conventional wisdom. Founder Christian Lundberg assembled a group of distinguished experts and professors to translate the wealth of academic studies on what kinds of communication skills and behaviors actually work into assessment rubrics and coaching plans.

After its founding in 2018, Vocable quickly grew based on results and word-of-mouth alone. As we partnered with clients in the c-suite of Fortune 100 companies, university presidents, HR leaders, lobbyists, and politicians, we gained a reputation for providing a clear and quantifiable ROI, differentiating us from the standard public speaking workshops.
